We provide legal and HR advice around allegations of sexual, racial and other forms of harassment, religious accommodation, race, age and other forms of discrimination, pregnancy-related issues, medical leave issues, gender stereotyping/gender identification matters, behavioral issues, hiring, firing, social media posts by employees, and issues regarding Virginia state employment law. The firm represents state agencies in grievance hearings and responds to charges of discrimination filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on behalf of organizations. Karen also serves as a Title IX investigator, Hearing Officer and Appeals Officer for universities.
